The message is transcribed and summarised, with what needs doing. The notification lands in the app, the recap by email in its reader's own language, and the event in your CRM. Nobody calls back without knowing why.

Everything is included: the voice menu, the mailbox, the journal, transcription, the summary and the voice agent. Artificial intelligence is not a paid extra.

Calls are billed by the minute, at the rate of the zone dialled.
